Deposit requirement for two to three night stay is equivalent to first night rate
Deposit requirement for four or more night is equivalent two full nights

Cancellation Policy:
Day of arrival cancellations or missed check-ins may result in a full room charge plus applicable taxes.
More than 21 days from date of arrival:
Refund of deposit, less a $25 processing fee. A $25 credit note valid for one year from original date of arrival will be issued.
Within 21 days from date of arrival:
Your deposit will be returned, less a processing fee of $25, if we are able to rebook the room. If we can not rebook the room the deposit is forfeited.
Check In: 3pm | Check Out: 10:30am. Alternate arrival times may be made by prior arrangement.
Guests who would like to arrive earlier are always welcome to leave your vehicle and bags, place perishables in the guest refrigerator and pick-up your key after 11:30am.

No pets, but we would love to see photos.

Off Street Parking - paved drive on the west side of the property.
